Confusion In Benue Politics

Out of desperation, confusion, and political panic, Governor Hyacinth Alia has directed all his National Assembly and State Assembly candidates whose candidacies were rejected by the APC leadership to go out and campaign as though nothing is wrong, despite the fact that the court has yet to determine whether they are the legitimate candidates for their respective constituencies.

This reckless directive exposes the Governor’s camp as a group willing to disregard due process and mislead the public simply to cling to political relevance. But Senator Gabriel Suswam has made it clear that he will not be part of such political nonsense. Suswam is furious that Governor Alia has allowed political touts and self-serving advisers, Moses Ternenge and Livinus Tsar, to mislead him, a blunder he believes has brought disgrace and embarrassment to the Governor’s camp.

Senator Suswam has consequently directed his supporters in Logo to vote for the ADC candidate for Logo State Constituency, Hon. Eric Tersoo Ajon.

How long will Governor Alia continue to deceive his gullible followers and drag them into a political dead end
